What is MyClub?MyClub is on a mission to change the way you access nightclubs by providing you a tech, smooth and faster experience. We partner with nightclubs to bring you the best nightlife experience. On MyClub you can find a list of nightclubs we have partnered with and book yourself in on the night of your choice.

How does MyClub work?The process is very simple. Create an account or login to view the list of nightclubs available to you based on your location or personal preferences. Select the nightclub of your choice and review the nightclub’s details, including opening times, ratings and its rules and regulations as well as the services offered. Select if you want to access via Guest List or Table Reservation. Select the date for which you want to book in, and send the request to the nightclub. If the nightclub accepts your booking, you will be notified and you will receive a QR Code to access the nightclub on the night. At the nightclub entrance, scan the QR Code the payment you have pre-approved during the booking process will be withdrawn. You’re set to go!

How do I book a ticket via guest list?In the nightclub details page, scroll down to Guest List. Select the ticket, select the date for which you want to book in, and send the request to the nightclub. If the nightclub accepts your booking, you will be notified and you will receive a QR Code to access the nightclub on the night.

How do I book a ticket via table booking?In the nightclub details page, scroll down to Table Reservation. Select the table of choice, select the date for which you want to book in, choose to add more people to your table booking or any drinks according to the table minimum spending, enter the details of everyone joining your table, and send the request to the nightclub. If the nightclub accepts your booking, you will be notified and you will receive a QR Code to access the nightclub on the night.

Why do I need to send a request to the nightclub?Nightclubs need to approve your request before you can complete the booking and entrance its at their sole discretion, therefore, when booking you need to send a request first.

Is there a minimum spend?The minimum spending is for table bookings only. The amount can vary depending on the nightclub you want to access. You can check the minimum spend under the Table Reservation on the nightclub details page. You can also use the Filters function to see the list of nightclubs based on the minimum spending amount.

How does payment take place?When you place a booking through MyClub, it needs to be accepted by the nightclub before it is confirmed. if your booking has been accepted by the nightclub you will receive a QR code. The QR code will be requested to access the nightclub in question. Once the QR code is scanned MyClub will withdraw the payment you have pre-approved during the booking process. Therefore, the payment for entrance will be made only at the time the QR code will be scanned by the Club. Note: The nightclub has the power to decide on whether to accept or not the booking, at their sole discretion.

What if I want to cancel my booking?You may cancel a booking without charges any time one of the following events happens: in the case of Guest List Booking, whether you cancel your booking no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the booked event starts; in the case of Table Booking, whether you cancel your booking no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the booked event starts. MyClub may notify you that a booking has been cancelled at any time. You will not be charged for any orders cancelled by the nightclub.

Why has my booking been rejected?Rejection is at the sole discretion of the nightclub and MyClub is not responsible if your booking has been rejected by the nightclub. The rejection usually happens in these circumstances: The Guest List is sold out and the nightclub cannot accept anymore bookings; If you have not followed the nightclubs’ rules and regulations, entrance can be rejected at the clubs’ discretion.

Can I get a refund for my booking?MyClub App does not apply any refund policy as no payment is required at the time of the booking and no advance payment takes place since the payment takes place only upon scanning the QR code at the nightclub entrance.

What happens if I don’t follow the nightclubs’ policies?Failure to comply with the nightclubs’ rules and regulations means that nightclubs will not grant access to their premises and will not take responsibility for guests. Nightclubs also fully reserve the right to refuse entry to guests for any reason, including but not limited to underage patrons, visible intoxication, a guest presenting a danger to himself or herself, or failure to adhere to the dress code. All guests are required to be of legal age and must present a physical government-issued ID at the time of entry. MyClub does not take responsibility for any refused entry to the nightclub as access to the nightclubs is at the sole discretion of the nightclubs.

What if something is wrong with my booking?We have a dedicated team that looks after your entire MyClub experience. We do understand that sometimes things might go wrong. If this is the case, you can use the Help function in the MyClub app to speak to our customer service team and report any issues. You can also contact us at support@myclubapp.uk

Do I need to show my ID to access the nightclub?Yes, you must be aged 18 or older to use MyClub and the nightclubs’ services. By placing a booking through MyClub, you confirm that you are aged 18 or older. Nightclubs will ask to provide proof that you are aged 18+ upon arrival at the club.
